solar tubes during re-roof?

We're about to replace our light weight concrete tile roof with architectural grade asphalt. We're considering a couple of solar tubes, one of which is intended to brighten the master bath. Problem: our bathroom plans aren't finalized. Is installation after the roof is done more likely to lead to leaks?
