| I am an absolute newbie and need some advise:
1. How do you determine when your roof needs to be replaced? My roof is 12 years old from previous owner. I assuming asphalt. It is looking like many of the tiles are flaring up. 2. What are important questions to pose to an installer? I'd appreciate any words of wisdom.....wig |

| When the tabs on your asphalt shingles start to curl, it's time to look for a roofing contractor. I'd look for neighbors who were satisfied with their contractors, and call them for estimates. |
