| The house I bought has old, and I do mean OLD, skeleton keys opening most of the doors. I know, I should replace them all with deadbolts, but right now I'm short of cash.
These locks tend to be a bit tempermental, not always opening or closing. Yecch. But until I get 'em replaced, I need to copy them. Is that possible? |

| A skeleton key is not just any 'old style' key, but one with the clearance notches on the key removed so it can open any door. A locksmith should be able to copy old bit keys, though for more than a modern key on a machine. |
