Concrete Resurfacer

Has anyone used concrete resurfacer? We're looking at the Rustoleum brand. The concrete pad our hot tub sits on is pretty bad. There are areas where aggregate is showing and also some cracks and holes. We want to make it look better, but don't want to move the hot tub, so we thought about using this product around the hot tub and then staining. Any thoughts?

RE: Concrete Resurfacer

Some years ago I used Rust-Oleum's 5499 System Concrete Patching Compound in a commercial setting and it worked great. It was a two-part epoxy product. The biggest drawback is that it's very expensive ($100 plus for roughly two gallons).
