| My five year old Loewen sliding door won't lock. Is anyone familiar with how to repair the lockset?

| I don't know for sure, but sometimes (rarely) I can get the lock to work. That makes me think it's an adjustment issue. Dave |

| Thanks for the reply. I called the local Loewen distributor (from whom I bought all the Loewen doors and windows in my house six years ago)and he gave me the number of his repairman. I called him and he said it would be $120 for the visit and if he couldn't repair it on his first visit, he would have to charge me again. I will contact Loewen and see what they have to say. |
