| I installed vinyl shutters on 13 windows using a hammer drill and anchors. There is one window that is up high and while I can get to it, I do not have the range of motion or stability to drill.
Do you think Heavy Duty Liquid Nails would work on brick? These are lightweigh shutters. If so, is there something I should attached to the back of the shutter which would create a stronger bond to the brick (than vinyl). Thank
