craftsman garage door openers

We recently installed two garage door openers. One set of remotes work strictly on the one opener however the other set is controlling both openers. Any idea if the 'other' set of remotes needs programmed???or what needs done?

The easiest way to do this is to hold the smart/learn button in on each opener for 6 seconds. This will erase the memory and none of the remotes will work with either opener. Then program the openers again. Do one opener at a time so that you don't end up with this problem again.
