| I need to replace the top row of cement block and the concrete slab on my front stoop. I had a problem with the cement block eating away and crumbling. I plan to back fill the enclosure once the block is laid. I will then tamp the fill. Once the slab is formed and I am ready to pour,should I be using some kind of barrier under the slab? Should this barrier cover the top of the cement block too? Should I use termite block for the last course? |
