| We have a Craftsman and the key pad outside will only open the door if it is partially open but not when completely closed. It closes it fine. The key pad inside works fine. Anyone have any ideas? |

| First thing I would suspect and check is the battery in the keypad. The door is probably cutting down the signal which is already weak from an old battery. |
