Now I blew it

Thanks to advice from this forum my ceiling repair is coming along nicely, so while waiting for it to dry I removed a section of peeling wallpaper. It also took the paper from the wallboard with it in places. So I looked up how to do it , and was told to use an oil based primer to seal everything before I started sanding and mudding. So I put up the water based primer I was using on the ceiling, got out a small can of Kilz premium a disposable roller and went over the exposed wallboard. after doing almost the entire wall I look back and see the paper starting to wrinkle and then I read the fine print on the KILZ - it was WATER BASED too! The last comment I read was: get advice before you start so you don't have to come back and ask for help in correcting your mistakes. I thought I was. This dining room is not going to be ready for Easter dinner is it?
