My brick mailbox is weeping, and has been doing so for quite some time. At first, I thought it was dogs peeing on it, but it is a constant occurrence now. Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this. Thanks,

Did you fail to leave weep holes near the base? Masonry is 'waterproof' only to the extent it ods not damaged by water. It does not stop wetter from passing through and then needing a place to exit, especially the mortar joints.

Give your mailbox a nice card, maybe a box of chocolates or some flowers, and tell it to cheer up! Sorry - couldn't resist.
