| I purchased a kitchen roof mounted vent fan that only has about 1.5" of flashing on the sides and top.
Do you see this as a potential issue? We average 64" of rain a year. It seems to me that 3 to 4" of flashing would have pretty much eliminated any chance of water getting underneath the unit. TIA |

| Are you doing the install? If so, there are many ways to flash it reliably. How wide is the flange at the bottom and what is your roofing type? |
