Need recommendations re-pros and cons -oil filled baseboard
and radiator heaters. Recommended brand and model number.

All electric heaters are 100% efficient but oil filled radiators take longer to heat up and cool down. Whether that is an advantage or not is up to the user. In any event, electric heaters are more expensive to operate than central fuel fired boilers and furnaces so I have only used them in vacation homes.

They are also one of the safest portable heaters out there.

I would make no assumptions about the relative safety of space heaters; they are all serious life safety risks.
