We are repairing the drywall behind our toilet because to damage and also we are going to add a tile backsplash.

What is the easiest and professional-like way to do this with the water supply being on that wall?

The hole is cut, as well as the replacement sheetrock.. but do I keep the pipes the same or cut and sauder to make room for the additional tile?

ANY advice is wanted :)
