Replace threshold - exterior French doors.

I have exterior frnch doors where the wooden threshold is rotten and needs to be replaced. the doors also have side lights on either side. Can I replace this saddle without totally removing the entire door/sidelights?

If the threshhold is one piece---extending under the side lights---not correctly. If that unit is three pieces---two side lights and the door assembly and the door assembly is built for the threshhold to be replaceable, maybe.

It is really impossible to tell without actually seeing the problem in person, there are too many possible problems for pictures to help much.
