How to fix the shingle torn off by the heavy wind?

A piece of one store house roof shingle was torn off by the heavy wind. The course below is still good. It seems placing a new piece of shingle to be nailed and glued down to the course below. Is it correct? If I ask the roofer to repair it, how much will be reasonable for this kind of job? See the picture {{!gwi}}. Thank you for your answer.

How about a picture of the piece?

flat bar to pry out roofing nails of full shingle.
light hand to not damage shingle layer above
torn shingle.
new shingle nailed back in place.
$50..wag..not a lot of work...call and get some prices.
have rest of roof checked out, for things like
nails stand proud,fllashing and cracked shingles
while they are up there.
