After writing my previous message, the dim light in my head turned on.

The previous owner must have monkeyed with the GDO and put the housing on backwards. Once I removed the entire housing, the Left Side of the GDO had the limit adjustment screws I was looking for. My previous thought process was that my model was slightly different than what the manual was talking about, since the manual includes 6 different models.

Anyways, as usual the problem was human error and not machine. I still am not sure why after 8+ years the door decided to alter its limit setting?
