Estimate ok for GAF or Certainteed?

Are there any major differences between GAF Timberline 30yr and CertainTeed Landmark 30yr? Both are rated at 5yr & 70MPH wind warranty.
Roofing estimate for a single story 2300sf home plus 400sf attached garage, med. slope gable:
remove & dispose of old roofing
new flashing
50' of wood replacement included (some spots have dry rot)
waterproof underlayment at all flashing
30lb felt
new perimeter , valley, perpendicular, pipe & chimney flashing
passive vent system (ridge vent, 3 gable vents)

Estimate just under 10k. Is this within normal range? What do I need to ask before we sign? It has been a long time since we had the roof done. Thanks!!!

The ice and water shield should be at the bottom of all the sheathing, extending at least 2 feet past the exterior wall. How far it extends, depends on the soffit depth.
10K is on the higher end of this roofing range. Average on this type job in LI, NY would be $7500-$8500. range. Prices can increase based on roof slope.
