Roofer or gutter co. or ???

We bought our current house a few months ago. The roof is only a few years old, gutters have leaf guards on them, and everything appears in good condition. With the recent 12+ inches of snow I noticed water dripping down the fascia & soffit and down the window screen. The water froze on the screen. Also noticed icicles on the edge of the roof in a few spots. This picture shows the area that is affected. It's on the north side of the house. Should I call a roofer or gutter company or is there something else causing this?

Probably an ice dam has caused a problem with the gutters. Most roofers also do gutters.
If you have a warrenty on your leaf guards, though, you may need to have their authorized installer do any repairs or maintenance on them to keep from invalidating it..
