Caulk has Shrunk by bathtub

I caulked the seam between a vinyl floor and a bathtub yesterday. It looked great until this morning when it seems to have shrunk and created some tiny holes in places. Could I just do another bead of caulk right over the shrunken caulk? First time caulker. Thanks.

Yup, for most caulks. Only thing that wouldn't stick to the existing would be 100% silicone. Any other "siliconized acrylic caulk" or similar should be fine.
