| I'm replacing all of the interior doors in our house. I want to go with a 6-panel design that is painted. I live in a rural area where the opportunities to see door samples is limited, so I would like to hear from others. I want something that is solid core to cut down on noise, so I am considering: bare fir/MDF core from HD, Masonite Safe-n-Sound, Masonite MDF Series, Jeld-Wen ProCore, Simpson Encore or Ovation. I am open to other suggestions as well. Anybody have any experience they can share. Thanks |

| I replaced all my doors with 6 panel maple from JBO doors. They distribute throughout the midwest. Very nice quality. I purchased one Jeld-Wen door - and I was really disappointed in the quality. http://www.jbomeara.com/new/ |
