Condensation in Ceiling

I redid the insulation on my second floor of my Cape Cod, I used a product called Durovent on the roof sheathing and insulated the ceiling and drywalled it. The insulation had a vapor barrier on it. There appears to be ample airflow in the area behind the kneewall which was also insulated and the attic. When I feel the insulation where it touches the durovent, it is showing signs of moisture, Can anyone explain this. Seams of insulation were all taped with a foil tape as were all penetrations. No voids in insulation that I know of.

"Can anyone explain this. "

Most air is reaching an area below its dew point.
