Exterior Deck color

The exterior of this 1920's craftsman bungalow has been painted (90% done) and the front porch had to be resurfaced and new steps added.
I'm hoping for some suggestions for the deck color.
The exterior colors are similar to MS Wrought Iron Grey Blue.

RE: Exterior Deck color

I would suggest a dark, rich brown wood color, stain if it would go on evenly over the different woods. It will make your colors and your stone pillars pop. I think a gray color would make the stone disappear.

What an inviting look your home has!

RE: Exterior Deck color

Agree with Nancy. Dark brown will look great and offer more UV protection.

RE: Exterior Deck color

I'm too distracted by the AWESOME house to think about the porch floor. But I agree, a dark brown will look really nice.

I envy your 3/7 shingle exposure... I wish they had houses like this where I live!
