electric radiant?

| Anyone have experience with electric radiant heating as a primary heating system for a home? I am interested in a system that can be installed between existing floor joists. Not a water-based solution: an electric one.
The alternative is forced air. This is for a home in Northern California, so relatively mild climate. |
