Keeping DWV pipes in place during floor pour

I've taken out an area about 5x5 feet in my cement floor so could move plumbing around and relocate a basement toilet and shower. The PVC shower drain and toilet connection are now in the right place for the new finished wall, and I need to make sure they don't move when the new cement is poured. What is the best way to keep it all in place?

Do you drive rebar into the ground and tie the PVC pipes to it? If rebar is up against the pipes to brace them, do you need to protect the PVC pipes from direct contact with the rebar?

The new PVC pipes are also going to be right under the slab, which was fine for the old cast iron XH pipes (very durable). Do I need to worry about protecting the schedule 40 PVC pipes from crushing/cracking when I pour a 4-5" slab over them? I can't bury them deeper and still keep the right slope to the main drain.

Thanks,

Bruce
