Hanging an exterior old door

I want to replace by back door that goes out to a covered screen porch with a door I found at an architectural reclaim warehouse. It's a 79" height and the door I have now is 80". Will that be a problem? I'll have to reverse the hinges but I'm not too worried about that. Should I be? I know the lock will not match up so I'll have to correct that. I guess my question is, is this more trouble than it's worth?

The aesthetics are there for you to appreciate.

The height can be taken care of by a combination of door bottoms and higher threshold.

When you reverse the hinges, glue up some golf tees to fill the old screw holes, prior to piloting the new screw holes.

For the latching device, move the strike, not the door hdw.

I've added to door bottoms and it was very inconspicuous.
