What to do with old granite counter top?

I put granite in my kitchen about 5 years ago. Now I am planning a full remodel and hate to think of just throwing it in the dumpster. Do you think anybody would take it for free? There is a number of fairly large pieces as well as an undermount SS sink. Maybe Craigslist?

Is there a Habitat for Humanity ReStore (or similar "re-building" store) near you? That would (probably) even be tax-deductible.

Someone will want it for their bathroom or smaller kitchen........advertise it on Craigslist or as noted Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Heck yeah, someone will take it. Put it on freecycle if you want to give it away. Someone would probably pay for it as well, so try CL if you want to go that route.

In my area, you can hardly ever find "free" granite--it always has a fee on CL. So, put it for free, and someone will want it.
