What he said. I'm not sure why there is a question? There are numerous choices just from one manufacturer today, not to mention if you were to look at more than one. Order a door that does match, and be happy.

Paint it a different color than the rest and celebrate diversity.

Or hunt down one that does match-- I don't think most door companies have changed their designs over the last 35 years. Chances are if you can find the original maker they will still have the same door. Worst comes to worst a woodworker or good trim carpenter could make you one that matches exactly.

As the others have said, dig a little deeper and find one that is an exact match. If that's not possible for some reason (time, cost, etc.), see if there is somewhere else in the house where the mismatched door wouldn't be so obvious. Then swap out the doors.

Yes you need to look further but remembering the fact that all 6 panel doors are not identical as you found out. Depending on the manufacturer and whose specs it was built to will make all the difference in the work. If you can post a picture here with stile and rail dimensions penciled in you may have a chance that I or someone else here has seen that door before
