I would suggest a wall across the narrow part of the room, just before (above) the doorway. Make the toilet side of the division the master bath (7 or 8 x 14) and the other side a walk-in closet (5 or 6 x14?).

Leave the toilet in the current location. You don't have how far the toilet is from the right wall, but if you turn the back toward the hallway you can make that a private alcove with a wall and door (if you want) Opposite the toilet you can have a linen closet for storage. Plenty of room in the rest of the bath area for a separate tub & shower, double sink or two vanities, more storage.

That would leave 18.8 x 13.8 for your bed, a dresser, perhaps a bench at the end of the bed or small sitting area.

Just ideas, not certain how much closet space you want, perhaps steal more from the bath on one end. Since you already have plumbing with the current toilet, would help keep expenses lower.
