Yes. Generally a load bearing wall will have the load on it.

It appears from your pictures that you have trusses up above, and the truss center is just on the other side of that wall. Is that right?

I would say it is not a load bearing wall (the trusses are carrying the load to the outside walls, probably), but that isn't to say that it isn't some sort of shear wall or other.

And, I am not an engineer. Just speaking from experience and observation.

Load bearing walls usually have a double top plate, and more importantly, have a load :-) These are definitely not. I suspect there is a more robust wall about 2ft behind this one that carries the load.

Yea, trusses extend to outer CBS walls.
And, there is not another wall 2 feet behind this one.
