| We're selling our home and the inspector said we needed to repair damaged trim around this dormer. The roof is too steep for me to get next to the area, but I got about six feet away and zoomed in to get some pics. It looks to me like they split the wood to wedge in some flashing but I can't really tell. Is this something that should be addressed or is not a real issue?
