Green Iron soapstone countertops.

Hi, Everyone. This is actually a duplicate post from Kitchens, which I will direct here, but let me repeat my thanks for the great site you've all built. :^)

I saw some posts from about three years ago regarding Green Iron soapstone, and would like to ask some follow-up questions.

For anyone who has installed it, are you happy with your decision?
Do you oil, and if so how often?
How does it perform re: hardness vs. nicks and scratches?
Do you have any pictures, and can you share them?

More generally for anyone who knows, what was the upshot of the debate as to whether this stone is truly soapstone, or serpentine, or soapstone with serpentine inclusions, etc.? And what about the claims that it is coated with resin in Italy to cover up the alleged fact that it is porous?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice any can offer!
