Doors, FLoors and Trim

Our Floors are "character" Oak - knots and inclusions in a mix of red and white oak - they are finished with a light tongue oil....
QUESTION 1: If we want to avoid the "OAK" look everywhere can we move to a different door & trim wood species? If so any recomendations for a family on a budget?
QUESTION 2:If I stick with an oak trim & baseboard in a medium stain Would it look funny to paint the doors black?

I have an open concept plan with black distressed kitchen cabinets with Maple butcher block countertops. . .I am freaking out with all the different wood options and am not sure if mixing is bad.

Have you considered painted trim and baseboards?

I haven't personally seen black doors with wood trim but here's a pic I found on the houzz site.
The link below shows a mix of woods used in rooms. In the pics you'll notice you don't see the same wood used on both the floor and trim.
My house has white oak floors, white pine doors, mahogany double-front doors and all trim is painted white.
