Concrete Home

I hope I have posted this in the correct location. It seems that there are many different trades of people on this board that might have insight into my questions.

We are considering purchased a home built in 1982. It is a fully poured concrete home with steel beams. The full exterior walls on the 1st floor and the 1st floor ceiling are all poured concrete. It is a strange sensation to walk in an attic of a home and to have a cement floor. :)

What issues should look for (have an inspector look for) that might be specific to concrete construction? I should add that there is no evidence of movement or cracking, in either the attic floor or the brick veneer on the exterior. Nor is there any evidence of movement (cracking) in the interior drywall framed walls or the tile floors (18" porcelain tiles).

Insulation, ventilation and moisture control seem to be items to be most concerned about. Any thoughts???

Thanks-

J
