Home Depot Hampton Bay or Mohawk laminate?

The Home Depot's Hampton Bay Farmstead Maple and Mohawk's Honey Blonde Maple look the same. But the Hampton Bay's is $2.49 (online price: $1.99), but the Mohawk's is $3.48. They are both AC4 rated and made in USA. Which one is better? Is it worth paying extra for Mohawk's?

Go to a real flooring store, not HD. Stay away from any of their private label crap in any category, not just flooring.(Hampton Bay, Glacier Bay, Pegasus, etc.) Even name brand stuff found at box stores can be specially manufactured just for them. With inferior specs. A real flooring store can help to educate you about your choices and guide you to the best choice for your particular situation. Plus, they can put you in touch with a genuine professional flooring installer.
