We installed a thermatru sliding door about 5 years ago , thought the lifetime warranty was worth the high cost. Door is leaking and Thermatru finally sends someone to look at it. He tells us the door is defective and was installed properly. Thermatru tells us the inspector said it was not properly maintained and corked. Mothing they can do about it. A full lie. Now dealing with BBB and Thermatru still denies the claim. Never buy a Thermatru door. They do not honor their warranty and therefore do not really have one. There were also some problems with the door jam sticking and gfinally cracking as well as the wheels on the screen rusting, they will not even send replacements parts. Please save yourselves about $2000, heartache and ruined flooring and walls. Buy another brand.
