Need a GC for a Kitchen renovation in Manhattan - help me!

I have an architect, plans are done and submitted to both our co op board and the DOB, we would like to start on June 17th

The job is open for bids via the architect - to go over plans, elevations, specs, etc.
Open for GC's to take a look at the project and to bid. If you worked with a GC in Manhattan that you really liked and respected - can you email me please and tell me what/who worked for you?

You might try posting in a local message board for NYC. And, whomever you do select is the one who pulls permits, not you. If you pull the permits, then you are the one guaranteeing that the work is done correctly and the one who the city gets money from if the workers violate the noise ordinance or you need an extension.
