Concrete driveway

Looking to have a concrete drive installed. Here is was i was quoted. Im in upstate New York. 5 inches of 4000 psi concrete, Wire mesh and 2 inches of crushed lime stone(I think 2a). The size is 10ft wide by 38 entrance with a 30 x 30 pad.

Is this alright? My main question is the base of 2 in. The soil is in the city and there was a house where the pad was. When the took out the house the infilled the entire basement with bricks and dirt. Mostly bricks. It has been 2 yrs weathered and driven on sometimes. Is the base of 2 inches ok with the 10 ft of brick underneath it? Any advice would be great. Thank you.

You could get a compaction test from a soils engineer in your area.
