Here are some other options.
If you like the architecture of the typical big box entry doors, which are metal clad, ask if a rated window can be fabricated to replace the upper panels, or if there is a rated bel-aire insert.
Instead of the mom-n-pop, find a commercial drywall supplier, some of them have their own door certifications.

20-minute fire-rated wood doors in wood frames are available with clear fire-rated glass up to the code maximum size of 1,296 sq. in.
