Painting a small condo one color?

My husband and I just purchased a 740 sq ft condo in PHX. It is painted condo beige with dark brown vinyl planks. All of the cabinets are white in the kitchen and 2 baths.

I planned on painting the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms all Jamaican Aqua in matte by Benjamin Moore. (Snow white ceiling and trim)

Here are my questions;

1. Is painting all the rooms the same acceptable?
2. Do you think I should paint the bathrooms as well in Jamaican Aqua with a semi gloss finish?
3. Should I paint the short wall in the living room which wraps around to the dining room in an accent color of Tropicana Cabana. This is one shade deeper than Jamaican Aqua. Or would it better to paint it all Jamaican Aqua or choose a different color as an accent?

We have chosen new flooring by Mannington called Dockside in Sea Shell gray. All of the furniture is white and modern/contemporary. There are only 3 exterior windows and the walls are 9 feet high.

Thank you for any help or insights to this small space it is truly appreciated.
