Different kinds of kitchen cab pull-outs?

Does anyone here have any observations on the different kinds of pull-out "things" you can install in the kitchen? I'm thinkg in particular about pull-out shelves, on base cabinets, vs. the kind of taller, narrow pull-out units you would use for things like spices, cans, cooking items 9vinegar, oil), etc.

Try the kitchens forum--very active, very informative. Information overload, in fact!

    Here you go:

Here is a link that might be useful: Rev-a-Shelf pullouts

Standard Mfg's. like REV-A-Shelf are a good resource.
Another would be a cabinet shop and KV guides, some will even support your weight.

Check brand Hafele too, but I prefer the Rev-A-Shelf.

I too prefer Rev-A-Shelf. We have several of their base cabinet roll outs installed and they are quality built.

I read about them on their website, but bought our units from Lowes. If you want to see and touch them, go see for yourself.
Then buy where you like, of course.
