Sliding deck doors marine environment

Our Andersen sliders of 12 years are delaminating. We plan to replace 3 sets each eight foot wide. The house is on the water facing north/northeast South Jersey coast. I am disappointed the Andersens did not last longer. What other sliding deck doors can anyone suggest that are built of better material. Perhaps vinyl or fiberglass? Any experience with them in similar environment? Thanks for all replies.

You would probably get better responses in the window forum. I myself will be willing to respond but later when I have more time.
