Foundation work for this framing project?

I have a 1600 Sq foot ranch home with a foundation that I would describe as a beam configuration. One beam wall wraps around the home which the exterior walls rest on and there is a continous center beam that dissects the home side to side that supports the floor joists..no individual piers. I'm removing 2 framed walls that intersect in the dining room. One of those walls is 14' and supports ceiling joists only, the others is 18' and runs parallel with the rafters and has two point loads for roof supports. These walls will be replaced with 2ply 18" LVLs recessed into the attic. I'm having a foundation company come out and look at the project before I proceed. Based on this limited information, should I anticipate have to pour footings to support the framing that these LVLS will be resting on?
