2 Coats of Streetshoe vs 3 of Bona Traffic

I know both Streetshoe commercial and Bona Traffic have great reputations on this board. I'm considering two contractors. One will do 3 coats of Bona Traffic. The other will do 2 coats of Streetshoe commercial -- this contractor says that 3 of Bona Traffic is typical but Street shoe only needs 2 coats. Is this true?

I've done two coats of Traffic over one or two coats of sealer and it's been good for 10-15 years so far. The Bona literature does not suggest 3 coats (on the bottle it says 1 coat sealer, two coats Traffic), though I can't imagine it hurts, other than in the pocketbook.
