We bought this fixer upper. Lots going on inside, but I don't know what to do outside to modernize and tie in the old addition on the right. Definitely getting a paint job and new roof. We want a covered porch and I thought this could be used to give the house a better look. I can't imagine how that would work with the existing roof lines. Our budget for the porch is around 25k. Don't know if that is realistic. Ideas for the porch?
