contractor recommendations?

Is it ok to get contractor recommendations on these forums? I'd love to know if anyone has had experience with a contractor I'm considering for a very large remodeling project in Newburyport, MA. The project will include kitchen, mudroom, powder room, walk-in pantry gut/re-do. The company is a design-to-build firm out of Melrose, MA. Thank you!
