Modify an existing Silestone vanity top?

I have an existing solid (no cutout) vanity top of beautiful Silestone 'Stellar Sky" that was originally used as the top of a vanity cabinet that is being given away (the cabinet, not the top). The Silestone is 25" deep front to back, and 60" wide, with a bullnose front.

I need to re-do a bathroom and would love to use the Silestone top for the new cabinet, but because of the position of doors etc in that bathroom, I'd need to take at least 1" off the depth of the Silestone and also have cutouts made for a sink and faucetry.

Can existing Silestone be modified/cut in this way? I watched Cosentino's manufacturing-process video on YouTube and it shows that cutouts are done to order in their factory as per a customer's specs. Any suggestions on what type of company/store/person I should ask about modifying an existing slab? Thanks!
