Cabinet Pulls or Knobs or both

Final phase of kitchen design. What do you suggest regarding pulls, knobs or combination of the two. I was planning knobs on upper cabinets and knobs on upper drawers then pulls on bottom drawers & cabinets.
Not sure if there is a right or wrong way. Using polished nickel on white cabinets with pewter highlights.
The faucet fixture is satin nickel.

Has anyone ever used cabinet pulls on appliances. Were they strong enough. For example two 6" pulls on freezer drawers? Or 2 knobs on refrigerator drawers.

I recently completed a kitchen remodel and used pulls on all cabinets. I'm really happy with how it turned out. The upper cabinets pulls had a vertical orientation and the lower ones had a horizontal orientation. I'm attaching a link to the one we used, but got a better price at a retail store.
