Cabinet Advice (Refigerator Wall)

I have a wall that is open on either end and 82" wide, and plan to put a 36" x 72" refrigerator surrounded by cabinets. This is probably an easy question...but...

I'm planning two 90" x 18" tall cabinets and one 36"x18" in between those two tall cabinets (top of the refrigerator), with the 36" refrigerator in the middle. How do I do this if the refrigerator needs 1-2 inches on either side (for ventilation) and is already 35 7/8" wide". Is it typical to use filler to compensate for this gap?

Have you tried the kitchen forum? It's pretty active and you should be able to get some suggestions there if not here.
