I've been saving for many years now to have a custom home built for my family. We have the plans just about figured out and the land we've had for years. At this point we are struggling to decide between a large corporation building our home, like Toll Brothers (www.TollBrothers.com), or a master builder like Elias Zouras Customer Builder (www.EliasRemodel.com). I've lived in the West Chester area of Pennsylvania all my life and my family and I are thinking of going with the local expert. Do you have any advice for us? Thank you.
